IN-HOUSE PRODUCTION SUPPORT / TEAM BUILDING

We have connections to artists of all kinds and would love to share our network with you. Talent includes agency creative directors, copywriters, strategists and art directors. But, we also know a large group of independent directors, photographers, music video directors, cinematographers, set designers, choreographers, illustrators, motion graphics artists and studios, musicians, and editors. And who doesn’t love hybrids including directors/photographers, directors/cinematographers, designers/animators, editors/animators, editors/colorists, and musician/sound designers to name a few.

COST CONSULTATION / BID ANALYSIS / BUSINESS AFFAIRS SUPPORT

We have seen and made thousands of bids for live-action, design/animation, post, and experiential projects. We know rates, unions, how long things take, and most importantly how to negotiate. We can work with your agency partners or internal teams during the bidding phase and go over everything with a fine-tooth comb to ensure the brand is getting a fair price. We can negotiate on your behalf or we can be your silent partner.

INTERNAL / EXTERNAL TEAM BUILDING

Team building is what we hang our hat on at Brand Yew. As seasoned Executive Producers, it’s what most of us have done our entire careers. It is not uncommon for a brand or partner to ask us to grow their internal capabilities to establish or support their in-house production department. We can also work cross-organizational with your brand’s marketing team or creative agency to build an affordable agile team of experienced brand strategists, creatives, and producers to execute your creative content. TALENT AGENT, CELEBRITY & INFLUENCER MANAGEMENT

When it comes to working with talent we have you covered whether it’s athletes or actors, SAG or non-union, or celebrity or real people. We are fully versed in the complexities that come with working with managers, agents, glam teams, and handlers. We can do casting, review contracts, pay services, and talent management even if you’re doing content with another partner.

MUSIC SEARCH AND LICENSING SERVICES

We can search, find, negotiate and license music rights for a song. Or, we can have a song made for you. We also have partners who are experts in audio branding and can design a library of music and sounds for your internal team to work with.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISION

We are Executive Producers from the agency and production company side with vast experience in all phases of content creation from ideation and concepting through finishing and distribution. We understand the production process holistically. And, we have produced thousands of social, digital, experiential, and broadcast campaigns between us. We move can move fast and run with it or we can slow it down and take you along for the ride. Either way, we are effective and efficient in making the process smooth and attainable for our clients.

PRODUCTION SERVICE

If you have all the creative figured out and a director (or internal creative) already driving the ship, we can act as the brand’s production arm. On paper we may be your production partners but in reality, we become part of your internal team. We work hand in hand with your internal creative team from bidding through shooting to ensure they have everything they need to capture the idea as intended.
