Founded by Santino “Tino” Sladavic after more than two decades inside agencies and production companies, Brand Yew brings senior-level production discipline upstream of execution.

Over 25 years, Tino has built and scaled production teams, negotiated complex budgets, recruited global creative talent, and produced more than 1,000 campaigns across live action, design, and VFX. That experience revealed a consistent pattern: production often scales faster than structure.
